Good Of All

There is a type of leadership that doesn’t shout. It doesn’t fight to be seen. It waits to be recognised.

This week, the energy turns toward direction and vision. This is the energy of looking ahead, sensing when the collective has drifted off-course, and gently but firmly offering a new way forward.

It is an energy of convergence. One that asks:
Where are we going? And is this truly the right direction for all of us?

True leadership is an invitation

I know this energy intimately; it lives in me. In my design, this leadership expresses through Saturn, with the 4th line: The Abdicator. It’s the lesson of knowing when to step up and when to step back.

I’ve learned that forcing leadership never works.

When I tried to push, it felt heavy. But when the moment came, when others recognised me, when I was invited to step into a role, they saw the vision, and I simply shone.

This is leadership that has nothing to do with titles. It has everything to do with trust.

A future-oriented guidance

This energy isn’t about the present moment. It’s future-focused, it looks ahead to see what adjustments we need to make now, so the collective can move towards a better horizon.

It’s a leadership that lives in the heart but works through logic:

  • Clear vision.

  • Structure.

  • The willingness to guide for the good of all.

If this energy speaks to you

You may feel a pull this week to correct course, not just for yourself, but for others as well.

Notice where you see potential. Notice where you sense change is needed.

And remember: this is a projected energy.
It comes alive when others recognise it.
It doesn’t need to force itself—it needs to wait to be invited.

True leadership is never about standing above the crowd.
It’s about standing among them, with a vision that lifts everyone forward.
