Week 1 - BASELINE

Week 1 Experiment: Baseline Awareness

Description

The first step in The Awareness Lab is to create your baseline awareness. Before we try to change anything, we need to observe how life already works for you. This baseline is your starting point — an honest snapshot of your daily patterns in body, mind, relationships, and energy.

There’s no failing here. Every observation, even the uncomfortable ones, is valuable data. Awareness itself is the success.

Instructions

This week, focus on one area per day. Notice, write down what happens, and be curious — no judgment, no fixing.

Daily Focus Points

Day 1 – Food & Body: What do you eat? How do you feel after meals (energy, clarity, digestion, even poop)?
Day 2 – Environment: Where do you feel comfortable and alive? Where do you feel drained?
Day 3 – Thoughts & Mind: What thoughts repeat most often? How do they affect your mood and body?
Day 4 – Relationships: How do you feel when forcing vs. when you allow?
Day 5 – Energy & Flow: When do you feel most alive, creative, or focused? When do you feel restless or drained?
Day 6 – Triggers & Patterns: What consistently pulls you out of balance?
Day 7 – Reflection: What surprised you? What feels important to carry forward?
Your only job this week is to observe. Collect your own data, like a scientist of your life. Awareness begins here.

WEEK 2 - Diet and Digestion

Week 2: Diet & Digestion Experiment

Description

This week, we explore how your body is designed to take in and process food. Nourishing yourself correctly supports energy, resilience, and allows the mind to step back into its true role as observer. Your experiment is to notice how your current eating habits align with your Human Design digestion type, and to gently test small changes to see what truly supports you.

Week 2 Workbook

Instruction

Check your Design Sun & Earth color and the top left variable arrow in your chart.

Identify your body type (Active = left arrow / Passive = right arrow) and your correct digestion style.
Look back at your Week 1 baseline: how did you eat before? What resonated, what didn’t? Do you notice natural tendencies toward your design type?
Start to experiment: change just one thing in your eating to be more aligned with your design.
Observe and record changes — in mood, energy, digestion, or any other shifts in your body.
Stay curious, stay observant. Reflect and practice without judgment.

WEEK 3 - COGNITION, DETERMINATION, ENVIRONMENT (Design Tone, Color & Environment)

What this Week 3 is about:
Understanding how your body filters what it receives (cognition/Design Tone), how it’s expresses and nourished (Determination and diet/Design color), and where it’s best supported (Nodal trajectory/Design Node colors and orientations). When your nodal trajectory + environment are correct and the body is fed correctly, your system processes information cleanly and radiates its natural expression. The mind can relax, observe, and do its real job — awareness.

How this mechanics works and flow:
Node → Trajectory → Environment → Diet/Digestion → Filtering (decisions) → Expression.

What to notice (signs):

✅ Right track: steady energy, clear mood, easy digestion, felt ease/confidence, natural pull to the “right” places.
❌ Off track: tension, foggy mind, digestive discomfort, restlessness, push/force, wrong-place feeling, feeling stuck and stagnant, nothing comes together.

Remember: the body doesn’t speak in words, it speaks in sensations, feelings, ease/unease, vitality. Everything verbal is the mind. Awareness is learning that language, how the body speaks to you.

WEEK 4 - Body Awareness: Listening Beyond the Min

This week we explore one of the most important relationships you’ll ever have — the one between your mind and body.

Your body already knows what to do: it breathes, digests, heals, and carries you through life without instruction. The mind, however, loves to build, comment, plan, and control. When the mind takes over, we lose touch with the body’s signals — its language of sensations, tension, ease, and emotion.

The experiment is simple:
Pause throughout your day and listen. Notice what your body feels, and notice what your mind says about it. Every sensation — hunger, stress, pain, fatigue, or excitement, and between— is a message, not a problem.

By recognising these signals early, we prevent imbalance before it becomes illness. Awareness itself is prevention.
