Welcome to The Awareness Lab – a space where science, Human Design, and the Three Principles Understanding (3PU) come together to explore health, wellbeing, and the power of awareness.

Here, we treat life like an experiment. Every week, you’ll find:

  • Practical insights into Human Design and awareness concepts

  • Simple experiments you can try in daily life

  • Reflection guides and journals to help you observe your unique patterns

The goal is not perfection, but awareness.

By noticing how your body, mind, and environment interact, you create your own baseline for growth.

From there, real change can happen naturally — one observation at a time.

Week 1 - BASELINE

Week 1 Experiment: Baseline Awareness

Description

The first step in The Awareness Lab is to create your baseline awareness. Before we try to change anything, we need to observe how life already works for you. This baseline is your starting point — an honest snapshot of your daily patterns in body, mind, relationships, and energy.

There’s no failing here. Every observation, even the uncomfortable ones, is valuable data. Awareness itself is the success.

Instructions

This week, focus on one area per day. Notice, write down what happens, and be curious — no judgment, no fixing.

Daily Focus Points

  • Day 1 – Food & Body: What do you eat? How do you feel after meals (energy, clarity, digestion, even poop)?

  • Day 2 – Environment: Where do you feel comfortable and alive? Where do you feel drained?

  • Day 3 – Thoughts & Mind: What thoughts repeat most often? How do they affect your mood and body?

  • Day 4 – Relationships: How do you feel when forcing vs. when you allow?

  • Day 5 – Energy & Flow: When do you feel most alive, creative, or focused? When do you feel restless or drained?

  • Day 6 – Triggers & Patterns: What consistently pulls you out of balance?

  • Day 7 – Reflection: What surprised you? What feels important to carry forward?

    Your only job this week is to observe. Collect your own data, like a scientist of your life. Awareness begins here.
