The Power of Loving Yourself
In a World That Feels Upside-Down
Right now, the world feels loud, chaotic, and on the verge of collapse.
Everywhere we turn, there’s chaos: natural disasters, wars, divisions, financial tensions, and fears. The news and online spaces are full of terrifying events. The nervous system can barely keep up with all of the sh*ts happening. And in the middle of all this, we’re expected to keep moving forward… somehow.
During these disturbing times I always play with the possibility of what if the way forward is not out there in the outside world?
What if the answer is already within us, within you, or in me?
The Wisdom of Inner Rhythm
There is an energy in the air right now that calls us to pause, to rebalance, to adjust our internal rhythm. Life isn’t linear. Neither are we. We’re meant to ebb and flow, rise and rest. But we’ve been taught that consistency means control. That success means pushing through.
The truth? Balance doesn't come from sameness. It comes from harmony.
This week, you might feel extremes tug at you, waves of emotion, sudden changes in pace or energy, restlessness or deep fatigue. That’s not failure. That’s nature. And your ability to adapt, to listen, to recalibrate… that’s your superpower.
Why Self-Love Is the Starting Point of Everything
In a stressed world, loving yourself is a radical act.
Not in theory. Not in front of a mirror. But in real, everyday ways:
Giving yourself rest when you're tired
Saying no without guilt to something you don't want or like
Honouring your messiness without judgment
Letting yourself feel joy or fear without explanation
The more you value your own experience, the more compassion you naturally extend to others. When you see yourself clearly, you can finally see others beyond fear and labels.
This is magnetism in action. You don’t have to chase impact. You become it.
What If Compassion is Contagious?
What if we stopped outsourcing our peace to the news cycle?
What if we checked in with our internal weather before reacting to the storm outside?
Yes, the world is uncertain. But your inner world doesn’t have to be.
Imagine if everyone focused not on fixing others, but on healing their own heart.
We would have less war, less fear, less hunger… Because our priorities would shift.
Money wouldn’t fund the division. It would fund solutions.
Leadership wouldn’t be about control. It would be about care.
And You? You’d begin to bloom.
Not because life is easy, but because you chose to live with intention, with heart, with presence.
One Business: Be Who You Are. Fully.
You have one true job on this Earth: To be fully, authentically, vibrantly yourself.
That version of you, the one who leads with love, who honours their rhythm, who lives with compassion. Because compassion isn’t weak, it’s world-changing.
This week, let your heart be your compass. Let your peace be your rebellion. And let your inner love be the light that makes the world a little less dark.
Because when you take care of your frequency, you raise the frequency of everything around you.
And that… is how we create a new world to begin again.
